Croatia is a country located in Eastern Europe, sharing borders with Slovenia, Hungary and Bosnia. The country is emerging from a period of economic isolation and is working to attract foreign investment by offering tax holidays, incentives and co-funding of real estate. The new Prime Minister is also working towards membership of the European Union and other European institutions. Its main economic and urban areas are Zagreb (capital city), Osijek, Pula, Split and Dubrovnik with airport facilities located at Dubrovnik, Pula, Rijeka, Split, Zadar and Zagreb.
The country is home to 2 vocational and technical schools and 67 colleges and art academies.

Split is Croatia’s second largest city after Zagreb and is situated on the Dalmatian coast in the Mediterranean.
