why capitalism is better than socialism

Why capitalism works:

1.  food production.

not a single free-market capitalist nation in the history of the world has experienced a famine (defined as not having a food supply to feed the demand of the population). The reason for this is because the profit incentive leads to farmers producing more food than they could possibly use for themselves, thereby creating surpluses to feed the poor, and lowering prices.

Why Socialism does not

Conversely, socialism always leads to shortages of food because there is no incentive to produce more food than one needs for himself. This is why Venezuela is already running out of milk and eggs. It happens every time it is tried.
